Eight Lesson Player Course

This is a great course for players who want to improve. It’s easy to follow the drills along with the young people in the Top of the Key training program. It’s also a great resource for coaches and parents who are working with their own athletes. Each lesson is divided into 5 sections:

  1. Fundamentals
  2. Game Concepts
  3. Speed, Agility and Quickness
  4. Strength Training and Yoga
  5. Mental Conditioning

Each section is only 3-4 minutes which keeps the workouts moving and fresh. Each lesson contains new challenges and works on different parts of your game and overall development. The yoga pose is an exciting way to be introduced to a new way to work on flexibility. The Mental Conditioning tackles that intangible part of the game that holds many talented players back.  Strive to master each section so you can have remarkable results in a short period of time.

We all have the desire to improve in basketball. So, to make sure you follow through on this commitment, these 8 lessons are yours for 90 days only. No dragging your feet on this deal.  It’s not about you having a good system.  It’s about you getting started and making dramatic changes over the next 3 months.  This is no less committment that we expect from our students who train with us live.  We only want people who are determined and ready right now to sign up for this course.
